About The TALK

The New Future: How the technologies of the social era are changing the way we do business

The technologies of the social era, such as the internet, twitter, facebook, social media, crowdfunding, crowd-sourcing and others are introducing radical changes in how firms organise themselves, how they compete against each other and how they do business on a day to day basis. Long gone are the days of hierarchy, closed innovation or top-down change programmes. They are now being replaced by networks, open innovation and decentralized change processes.

This keynote speech will identify some of the most disruptive changes taking place, describe how they are affecting companies and, by implication, the HR function.
